The Saga Continues: The Complete Beer Course
After my successes with my last beer book, and the vast amount I learned in reading Randy Mosher's iconic tome Tasting Beer, I went ahead and bought a new one: Joshua Bernstein's new book The Complete Beer Course. Just released last year, it features well... everything. I have yet to delve too far into it, as I am on the horror that is the night shift in the medical ICU, but a quick look through it hints that it will be a great new source of information, and at $13.07 on Amazon, this giant (and also quite seductive if I may say so. I mean look at that cover art. it's beckoning you! ) book is a steal.
