Hello everyone, it's time for...

I had been telling myself to read this IF since it published because it looks so right up my alley! Body horror, flesh golems, undead, a dungeon to explore? I'm there and I'm sat.
This one is more on the narratively driven side, and the story is so deep, so sad at points, that I just could not put it down. I was legitimately thrilled to navigate my character through this story, wanting to know what terrible thing was coming next. I never felt nervous about stat checks due to the straightforward way they're presented. Now when I lost some power due to curses... yeah I might've shat myself a little. 😂
Now if I just need to explore more endings to find the one that will be the version I want to consider "correct", lmao.
One thing I found interesting was the game's approach to poly. You can romance someone and tell them you like other characters and create a V poly (maybe even a polycule with 3 characters and the MC? I'm not sure but it seems like the set up is there?). I don't know if the characters in the poly actually interact or acknowledge the poly often. Like did I boink 2 characters in the same night? YES, but I can't say I've gotten the best endings SOOOOOOOO it's possible it's acknowledged at some point lol! Maybe?! Also there is a couple that you can become a triad with. They are... interesting. 💀😉
This one is just such a good read if you want those spooky vibes and maybe to be a little grossed out and fight some undead. 🤌
