hot chocolate - What is the sweetest thing someone has said to you recently?

My friend said she’d missed me because we hadn’t seen each other in couple of days and I felt appreciated <3

Less recently, that same friend also called me pretty after I got my hair cut short and sent her a picture, and that one (1) text lives rent-free in my head for the rest of forever.

forest walks - What do you do to take your mind off things?

If something specific is bothering me, I like to ride my bike or do anything that requires physical effort. If I’m generally overwhelmed and just don’t want to think anymore, I listen to audiobooks or random podcasts (I once blew through ten episodes of a horror movie review podcast in one day, and then I never listened to it again).
