Last year I hoped it would get better so this year I’m going to use reverse psychology on the universe and hope it gets worse.

I have to stay up today to try to reset my sleep cycle because I’m annoyed by the fact that I’ve been nocturnal for a month and a half, and I have to balance that out against the fact that when I am sleep deprived I lose control of my stutter and can’t say a full sentence without getting stuck on at least one word.

#I have a minor speech impediment #at least I think I do #i'm not like #completely sure #and it's nothing that causes serious problems in my life #it's just infuriating because my family rolls their eyes at it #and I really don't like being out of control with what I am saying #because I want people to understand exactly what I am saying and not misinterpret me #and my grandmother and father in particular have a habit of straight up leaving a conversation when I can't get a word out #and so basically I have to not say things out loud today
