One of my fave Vikdecai hcs is that Mordecai had crazy, unspoken, and completely one-sided beef with Elsa, for reasons he himself could NOT decipher (it was Viktor) for the life of him (he was jealous), really nothing came to mind (he's a repressed mf). And as always, he thought he was perfectly able to hide it.
Of course not.
Elsa was very much aware of it; not just of the tuxedo not liking her but also the reason why. She simply really didn't give a single fuck.
I think that, in a way, she was actually very sympathetic towards Mordecai in this regard but never spoke of it because it didn't take her much to realize that the triggerman would have probably just lashed out if she even did as much as suggest something about him and Viktor.
So really, she just took in the little glares he would throw her way whenever she spoke to Viktor, almost amused.
over christmas they watched the holiday which kitty absolutely HATED, completely and thoroughly loathed it, but then beth writes kitty’s theme just for her, which was the best christmas present as far as she’s concerned, anyway from then on beth plays variations of it at random moments depending on kitty’s mood, circumstances and it always catches kitty off guard but never fails to make her smile, fearne finds out about it of course she does and from then on does everything in her power to help beth see the light of her own gayness, which beth eventually does and then confesses her very big and very gay love for kitty by playing kitty and beth’s theme for her, which kitty absolutely loves, fearne is very proud of her (fearne deserves her own theme, i’m sure beth loves tom enough to write one for him, but i don’t care enough about that)

beth’s been going to therapy, trying to work things out and generally be in a better headspace for herself first of all, but also because she’s at the point where she realises she’s having big bisexual feelings for kitty, anyway after one session with her therapist priya (played by a very chaotic indira varma) where she confesses all the yoga and wild swimming is great but she still feels vulnerable, like she wants to feel more in control, she doesn’t reveal any of kitty’s private business, but intimates that she wishes she felt stronger? more physically capable of defending herself or kitty, so priya bless her says i know just the thing, my ex-wife charlie (played by nicola walker) runs self-defence classes mondays, thursdays and saturdays right here in hebden and as luck would have it there’s a new 8 week course starting next week, and charlie would absolutely love you, before correcting herself and saying absolutely love to have you in her class of course, anyway things go temporarily sideways when kitty picks beth up after class one evening to find charlie aggressively flirting with beth and kitty feels very fighty and not good about it, like respect! beth deserves all the attention, she is a goddess in human form like who wouldn’t but she feels bad bad things about charlie hitting on her person, that’s her wife dammit, anyway this accelerates the timeline of beth’s confession and priya is very pleased with herself, tells her you’re very welcome, the outcome was entirely and completely predictable

They leave little notes for each other in the pocket of beth’s dressing gown or our bathrobe as kitty likes to say. It started with song lyrics they were working on, passing a note and passing it back until the song lyrics start sounding like confessions. one day kitty reaches into the pocket and there’s a note there, her hands start shaking as soon as she’s read it, reaches into the other pocket and finds a diamond ring and engraved inside it says maybe it’s fate we met like we did
the nba is so unserious. we're only more than a month in and I still can't believe the season started with people getting arrested by the FBI. and this was right after a nba twt troll got into a twitter fight with the department of homeland security. and then wemby put the fear of god in the whole sport. then jb started hair streaking on his opponents jerseys.
As if there aren’t enough white people who overshadow the other characters in wss, we have to put a whole other white guy who is from a completely different movie in the wss tag
