ZOMBIE-VIPERS are COBRA infantry troopers who have been given a mysterious chemical substance, Compound Z, that has turned them into drones. Wiped of all thought, they follow orders mindlessly and cannot be reasoned with or sidetracked. They have retained skill at combat; in fact, their desire to fight has been increased, making them more dangerous than before. In other words, they are deadly zombie warriors

Compound Z is one of Cobra’s most terrifying creations - a volatile biological weapon engineered to strip individuals of will and identity, leaving behind only mindless, mutated shells of their former selves. Introduced under a veil of secrecy and first deployed during a catastrophic test in Cairo, Compound Z transformed a civilian crowd into ravenous, zombie-like drones within minutes, sparking global panic. Victims of Compound Z undergo grotesque physical mutations, exhibit unnatural aggression, and retain enough combat instinct to remain deadly on the battlefield. Most disturbingly, once exposed, the afflicted become unshakably obedient to Cobra’s commands, impervious to pain, logic, or fear. Though its exact composition remains classified, rumors swirl of Cobra developing even more potent variants designed not just to conquer bodies, but to weaponize entire populations.
