per my last reblog, let me tell y'all about my experience with GC2B at the moment.
this is an ongoing issue that's been happening since about late june (this is posted mid august). i ordered four binders (two for me, two for a friend) and they came in fairly fast. mine were too small (i had measured incorrectly) and i completed the exchange process, which was fairly simple and easy.
the problem came when my friend washed their binders and one completely fell apart, and my exchanged binders came in and i found out that they were two different sizes, despite being labeled the same size. i contacted GC2B and waited.
about a week later, i had to go on twitter and tag GC2B and complain loudly about how my request for a response had been ignored. they finally contacted me back. i responded (about a week later, due to some ongoing IRL issues), and it took them a week and a half to get back to me, which only happened because i went back onto twitter and once again, complaining loudly to get their attention.
now they're sending the new stuff to me and requesting me to send the old stuff back. that's fine, i can do that, but jesus fucking christ, i washed my binder that fit from them once and the threading came loose. i didn't dry it, i washed it on gentle, i followed all the instructions.
their quality is poor. don't use them. use another resource instead, like underworks. you will be much happier with it.
