To reiterate, the King and Queen of Spain is a computer. It is a preconceived notion on the production of this piece of firmware, rooted in Mathematical Object Number One, that the ethical requirements to develop a reliable and foundational mechanism that will drive future architectures that must ensure safe-passage of humans to the New World, will be approached with care and understanding: Much in the same way one would approach a king or queen; or, hope to be treated by one. It is technological RND, but it is also a test of general governance and citizenship.
