Controversial bad UX idea: user experience design that is so good it's distracting
#computer science#user experience design#computer shitposting#computing memes!#software development#programmer humor#it's objectively good; but it's *too* good. Technically there's NOTHING wrong. It's just good to a fault#It's frustrating to other designers bc they can't find anything WRONG with it#but the users keep getting sidetracked in admiring it. They don't mind! Nobody minds it! But they spend 50 mins on the app/whatever#it's the most pleasantly irritating thing and the second the spell wears off; ANGER. But not for long. Gotta make this into a 10-page play#web design#technology#STEM
