I feel like Tumblr would love this piece of information.
I'm a teacher so occasionally I come across interesting names.
I can say, but not prove for information safety reasons, that there is a child named
REAGAN HUNTER
Do with that what you will.

The fuck is this janky ass bitch doing being promoted by Amazon. Like I've heard Amazon is selling nazi and fascist shit but I was slapped across the face seeing this.
Fuck Amazon.
Fuck Andy Ngo.
A friendly reminder for my vaccinated peeps.
Early on in the pandemic I saw a lot of people talking about how wearing masks should be the norm like it is in some east Asian countries when it comes to flu season or when someone is ill.
But the problem is, all this talk of getting back to normal makes it so this isn't the norm. Hello! Just because you're protected doesn't mean everyone is. And technically you can still get covid, just not as life threatening.
WE 👏🏻 DON'T 👏🏻 WANT 👏🏻 TO 👏🏻 GO 👏🏻 BACK 👏🏻 TO 👏🏻 NORMAL 👏🏻.
Normal wasn't working. Normal wasn't about community health or protection. Normal was selfish, self centered thinking. If you're vaccinated, wear your mask when you are in crowded public places TO MAKE IT THE NORM. If you're vaccinated, don't complain about masking policies, instead focus on community health and protecting everyone. If you're vaccinated, still take precautions to protect your community because not everyone has been as lucky as you to get vaccinated.
The only way we can do better moving forward, is to make caring about others the norm. Not just in our words, but in our actions.
I have some suggestions for the arrangement of the US. Instead of mashing Idaho and eastern Oregon together, lets expand those tiny ass states on the east coast.
I am not taking suggestions at this time.
Unpopular opinion: there needs to be a separation of business and state. The point of government is to benefit people, the whole of the nation, not a business. And when it comes to businesses, the responsibility of making the business a success is on the people running it, not the government. Obviously, there is some crossover because a business fucking over a ton of people needs to be avoided.
At the end of the day, the government needs to be about prospering the people.
On this international woman's day I'd love to show my support for all woman by kissing them gently on the hand (with consent), as I murmur something about how I am not worthy.
Any takers? Free worship kisses literally every day.
I turned in my ballot today. It lifted a weight off my shoulders.
Walked by my friends house to look at her pumpkins. Except I couldn't see her pumpkins behind the giant "Gun owners for trump" flag.
Now I know I live in a rural place and that her husband's family is very conservative (I taught some of the younger ones) but part of me thought that they were safe. And of course it might not be her beliefs, maybe just her husband's.
And yet.
Am I overreacting for feeling like the value of guns in more important than my right to pursue happiness in this dammed country?
