Hi climber did you know that to make spaghetti out of the dry sticks stuff you need boil water in a pot I thought that stuff was so cool. The starch in the noodles are all dried up so you need to break it down in a prosses that's called "gelatinization" to make it all soft and limp. A weird name I know, it reminds me of gelatin. Also did you know that Gelatin or Jello is made from bones, hides, and even hooves from animals??? I dont know how they ever thought up to make gelatin from that. Humans are really crafty to get stuff in their mouths. Do you like spaghetti do you want some?
