I saw no monster houses.
I saw kecleon markets (12F, 23F), but no hidden stairs (and I can cheat, so... trust me, no hidden stairs).

That was the only one. Really.
Additionally, there are six deluxe boxes (which for me contained 4 reviver seeds, a pink gummi, and a sitrus berry) on the 30th floor.
