Ben Frost is an Australian visual artist who takes mainstream iconography from advertising, entertainment and politics and creates a visual framework that is bold, confronting and controversial.
On the left we see his work on prescription drugs and the effects they have on society. He uses acrylic and spray paint on canvas to make his pieces. I did similar work (on the right), by illustrating the distraction that drugs have on us, especially in the society we live in today. I used markers on actual prescription drug boxes.

Instructions on how to obtain the Deadman’s Switch encryption keys within the blockchain and how to possibly unlock the Wikileaks insurance files...
Julian Assange - founder of Wikileaks - is (edit: [allegedely] was) unlawfully detained within the Ecuadorian Embassy in London since 2012, the UK would immediatly extradide him to the U.S.-administration, should he leave the building - the case of Bradley Manning showed the inhuman & unlawfull treatment one can expect in U.S.-custody as political prisinor...
For his personal insurance Wikileaks has provided the so called Insurance-Files for public download - those documents are rumored to be particularly explosive for certain parties & political establishments on the global stage. Should something happen to him the so called Deadman’s Switch would go off and encryption keys to decrypt the sensitive data would be accessible to the general public.
In October 2016 the Deadman’s Switch supposedly went off. On various image-boards one encryption key was posted including the hint that additional keys and files could be found within the Blockchain, Wikileak’s numerous transactions within the chain were the logical conclusion and additonal hint. A group of skilled hackers gathered on various image-boards in the clearnet and within the deepweb / darknet to hunt for those keys.
Simultaneously Julian Assange was rumored to be kidnapped, dead or indeed still in the Ecuadorian Embassy, news outlets couldn't clarify, neither could social media sources. On 26th Nov 2016 lebanese journalist Youmna Naufal held an interview with Julian Assange at the Free Connected Mind Festival in Beirut, financed by the May Chidiac Foundation and the Friedrich Ebert Stiftung, while the whole internet was on fire for almost 2 months because the Wikileaks leader hadn’t given any #proofoflife from within the Ecuadorean Embassy in London since 10th October 16. The interview itself was close to the limit of a farce, neither did it provide a proof whether Julian Assange was still within the Embassy building in London, nor did it clarify why Assange agreed to that interview in the first place. Pessimists saw no #proofoflife concerning the audio-only appearance.
This conceptional first episode of #Fakenews: Selection for Societal Sanity analyzes chronologically the ongoings at that time in the form of infamous Anonymous-newsroom presentations, the experiment focuses on being mainly a virtual instruction manual and documentation on how ot obtain those decryption codes.
The instructions within crucial screenshots from various image boards are read through OCR-text recognition machine voices. The trigger projection shows the first decryption key that has been posted on several image boards merged with a korean message, that was left at the artist’s hacked messenger client.
The conceptional work examines furthermore Anonymous & image boards as a movement nowadays and the power of memes within the digital culture. The observer is invited to evaluate whether the whole episode is at least in parts true or just another #fakenews or giant LARP (Live Action Role Playing).

Andrew Rae is an illustrator from London, UK. He uses simple hand rendered lines and combination of paper, felt pens, water colours and digital media to render irreverent images of characters, ghouls, robots and other creatures.
His work ( on the left) is very similar to my own illustrations I’ve done of people in and around the city.
The clearnet is dead, the Ahrimanic Grid has pressed every thought into a wireframe to loop senselessly.
