I would say it's because tumblr has a much smaller userbase than it used to. For whatever reason SAO fandom is mostly dead there. I moved over to reddit mostly.

Actually, Toriyama didn’t initially forget about Lunch. He wrote her out of the story when he had Kurilin tell Bulma that Lunch ran off to pursue Tianjinfan again. From there, he kind of forgot she existed, just like Upa. He was going to have her appear at the end of the manga but replaced her with No. 17.
