sorry to hear about your money issues. i know about that all too well. i’m on medicaid because my income is low enough. is that a possibility for you if you live in the US? also, a lot of religious institutions offer therapy at good prices, like i know the jewish center near where i live offers subsidized therapy and it’s pretty good.
We have blue cross because the company mom works for provides it for free. It’s honestly a really good company, care wise, but then the actual company is fucking shit and pulls this stuff. Mom is scared the insurance will go “nope not covering that”. We usually have a fairly large co-pay for therapy shit or the insurance just decides not to cover it at all. It’s a very pick-and-choose insurance. :/ As for religious stuff, I don’t know of any of those around here tbph. In my area mental health care is scarce to begin with.
