Note to self: looking out for specific people works a lot better when you've had more than a couple of hours’ sleep. That’s what Reggie keeps saying to himself mentally as he stands at the bottom of the Space Needle, watching the people that walked past. He was grateful that it wasn't the warmest of days outside, because the cold wind that occasionally breezed past helped keep him awake and alert as he waited and watched.
He saw the news reports just as Delsin rang him - a whole bunch of DUPs in the vicinity being quite easy overwhelmed by what seemed to be another conduit - and it was not one of the conduits that they’d met already. But seeing as this did happen near the Space Needle, Reggie assumed that this conduit wouldn't be too far from there just yet, so he was going to stick around there for a while, see if he saw anything, and then let Delsin know if anything popped up.
And sure enough his gaze comes to focus on a nearby woman that seemed to blend in well with the people near her, but to a trained pair of eyes like Reggie’s, something seemed...off. He couldn't quite place a finger on why it seemed off but it just did and it had him interested. So when this woman then gets within talking distance of him, he decides he’s going to call out to her and see what happens from there.
“You look lost - is there a problem, miss?”
