CONFESSIONAL #001 ---- CORDELIA WILDE.
Cordie wanted to be able to document all her feelings about the tour before they went back int the thick of it. Also to be able to reflect on everything that had transpired right before the tour went back. She sat in front of her own camera set up-- deciding to film it and give it to the studio to see if they would want to use it. Her dog laid across her in the footage with her phone over to the side.
“Oh god, kudos to people who talk to themselves while doing things because this is -- this is very odd to just be sitting in front of a camera without people to actually talk to,” she said quietly, petting the boxer calmly as she tried to gather things.
“Saturday went really well-- working alongside Cooper was not at all what I thought it was going to be. He is very dedicated about his work and I appreciate that. But, I don’t know-- I didn’t really have the most fun at the event,” she said quietly. “I felt like a completely separate entity that was just there at my own event. I had a great time getting a lot of incredible dogs actual homes, and I got to meet a lot of my fans which is always a pleasant experience but the event itself didn’t feel like much of a collaboration between Cooper and I as a whole ‘Saint California’ and ‘Cordelia Wilde’ share the same dog adoption event.” The blonde paused and then laughed a bit at how awkward she felt about the situation. A pause. This was getting too serous. Not that it was malicious or anything. Cordie really loved hanging out with Cooper and writing the song with him, but the event could have maybe gone better. At least it ended up being for a great cause. A smile went back on her face. “ME! however- is a complete hit. People are really liking it and I really thought they were going to, so that’s a great thing. I wasn’t sure if people would like it because it’s a lot of a drastic breakup song than I’m used to recording but it was honestly so much fun. Maybe that’s what this summer needs-- a positive fun breakup song!”
Her phone started to beep rapidly and at first Cordelia wondered why she didn’t actually just mute all notifications for Instagram, when she then realized it wasn’t actually just instagram. The binging from her phone started to get more consistent which only made her look up to the camera. “I’m sorry, I need to figure out what’s going on,” the blonde quickly moved to turn off the camera, which is where the footage ends.
