Ella was looking everywhere and nowhere at the same time. Her eyes scanned the place but she couldn’t focus on anything specific to the point where she didn’t even see Max until he was right in front of her, his hands holding tightly onto her shoulders. “I can’t find her! I can’t find anyone!” Marley was at the forefront of her mind. She had performed earlier on, so now she could be anywhere. But Ella couldn’t panic right now, she had to keep moving. “Lia has a huge crew. I’m sure she’s fine!” She was trying to reassure Max, but she was well aware it didn’t mean much in that moment. “We can find them together.”
Maybe Ella had a point-- Lia should be fine. But god, what if she wasn’t? He needed to find her, but the back of his mind also screamed ‘you need to make sure your client is okay as well’. It made him so confused as to which to follow, business or personal mindset. “I-- Uh, fuck, okay,” he nodded at Ella saying they’d look together. At least this wasn’t Brad saying absolutely not.
“She was earlier on in the show, she could be anywhere right about now, Ella.”

Ella used to bounce around from stage to stage, trying to see as many of the performances as she could. This night was no different. She had watched Unchained Violet, then Solace Deception, SØLO and had finally settled on the side of Stage One to enjoy STELLA’s music when she heard the bang. Everything froze for a second, as if someone had pressed pause…and then that same person pressed play and everything was moving twice as fast. She was escorted away from the stage along with everyone else and then things just went crazy. Running, screaming, crying. It was a mess and all she could do was watch until her brain kicked into gear and she started to move, searching for anyone she might know. “What’s going on?”
Max had practically ran directly into Ella right after having his fight off stage with Brad-- when he did a double take while grabbing her shoulders. This wasn’t Marley. Oh fuck. Marley. He hesitated and just looked around. “Ella you need to find Marley and make sure she’s okay!” he yelled, trying to have her hear him over everything.
“You need to find Marley and get out of here-- I... I need to find Lia.”

Well the song was certainly… something but I don’t think it was too much. I don’t think people in a live situation really know how to react to a song with such an intensity behind it.
Give it a few more nights and i think it’ll be pretty damn successful. I feel like people felt the same when I released Side to Side. No one knew how to react to dick bicycle.
Fair point. Side to Side is still a bop that holds up every time you play it, too. I just figured since they couldn’t have our engagement song the fans could get the next best thing.

He doesn’t have to be nice to you. Just like I don’t have to be nice to a lot of people on your team. Or vice versa. But I am, and they are and i’m sure you and Mark will get along because you’ll have things to get along about.
You do realize when we get married our forces will be combining in some retrospect. Not artist wise of course, but beyond our performance and manager teams.
We’ll they’ll definitely be collaborating a bit more together, that’s for dang sure. But, yeah, I’m aware. We’re going to have to take a lot more things into consideration.

My team is my family, Maximilian. Considering he will be going basically wherever I go as well as where we go I think it wouldn’t hurt.
I guess that makes sense, I just– I don’t know. Never saw it as a desire because I didn’t want him to assume he had to be friendly towards me. Which he doesn’t, but still.
