hello im back with another fic rec post.
1. to do it right by teatrolley
“Is that all you’re going to say?” Bond asks. Q purses his lips, as if in thought. “They warned me about you,” he says. “What you might do. “Murder?” Bond asks. “Seduction.” “Ah.” Bond leans against the desk, supporting himself with one hand, in a manner that usually lets people know what his intentions are. Q looks him up and down and raises his brows. “Exhibit A,” Q says, and looks pointedly at Bond’s hips. “You can’t say it isn’t working,” Bond says. “No. I can’t.”

Love, in all of it's previous forms, has always screwed Bond over. So when he first kisses Q it's to get away from it, not to fall into it. Bond is, however, not known for his great emotional foresight.

ahhhh i love this fic so much. it has badass!q and confident!q and i love it so much
2. Tactical Silence by Kayzo
Spies are good at keeping secrets, obviously. But normally they don’t tell the person their keeping it from to their face that they’re keeping it... Q hates Bond sometimes.

sneaky!bond is another favourite of mine and this fic does it so well. it also has a very cute exasperated!q, hehe.
3. No One Thrills Me (Like You Do) by RayShippouUchiha
“Nonsense,” Moneypenny waved a dismissive hand in his direction, “I’ve already got it arranged. Friday, one o’clock. I’ve put it into your schedule and, hopefully, it’ll be a nice, casual lunch date with the possibility of dinner later. I’ll send a car around because I won’t have you late or lost on the Tube. Again.”
Q thought of protesting, reminded himself of just who he was talking to, and quickly deflated.
“Fine,” he finally grumbled. “But when it ends in disaster I’m free for the rest of the weekend. No meddling allowed for at least a week.”
“Deal.” Moneypenny thankfully agreed.
