poetry never made sense to me. The same way abstract art doesn't really make sense.
Words can be pretty and there are so many pretty words, the way they sound, what they describe.
But I never understand symbolism or any subtext. Or maybe there isn't any deeper meaning at all, so why are some people hellbent on interpreting any subtext in there?
