Jeffrey Epstein In 2002, Jeffrey Epstein faced his earliest allegations of abuse and within the same year, former reality television star Donald Trump told New York Magazine that Epstein was a “terrific guy… it is even said that he likes beautiful women as much as I do, and many of them are on the younger side.” One of his alleged victims, aged 14, reported his abuse in 2005 which sparked the first investigation into him. In May 2006 he was charged with unlawful sex acts with a minor. He struck a plea deal in 2007 so that he pleaded guilty to soliciting prostitution with a minor instead of facing federal sex-trafficking charges.
