Not to brag or anything, but I do use this account like a social media platform for my personal life sometimes, so I figured I'd talk about this here. It's been a while. My fiance got me a brand spanking new engagement ring because my last one broke, and it's very very very pretty. It's pink, very glittery, it's got diamonds on it; you know, the kind of thing I would've acted like I hated back then, but I would've secretly loved to own?
I think I'm just waxing poetic for the fact I get to be happy now. Or, I have the skills to BE happy. I barely had that back then. I'm confident in my identity, I'm a lot less unhinged and territorial about my interests, I'm in a great relationship. It's great. For a long time I thought I'd never be happy. Or, like, the only happiness I'd find would be in my own misery. Idk. I love my fiance and I'm pretty ok with my life at the moment too.
[Also Nerd Inferno (not my source, compilation book of the author of my source's works) finally arrived a couple weeks ago and I read the whole thing in one night. I was vibrating with excitement the entire time. Almost threw up when I read TEVC. I love physical media.] #📚📼🔥
