If you wish to have a banner custom designed for you it will be necessary to make a non-refundable deposit for the estimated hours of design. We will credit back any amount of the deposit that is not used for design but only towards the purchase of your sign or another item in our shop. We try to be reasonable in this respect. **Simply adding a name and/or date to a banner does not constitute design and you will not be charged for that. However, you must know what you want before requesting text to be added. Whatever you choose is what we'll place on the banner. More than 2 changes will be considered design services and you may be requested to pay additional fees for design if you have difficulty making a decision. Signs are available for single-side printing in 13oz and 15oz weight Premium Vinyl Scrim. Once your order has been received please allow 24 hours processing and 1-3 days for shipping for banners 16'(ft) and less. In most cases your item will ship the next day with overnight shipping. If you're in need of larger than 16' (ft) please allow an additional 24 hours for processing and 1-5 days for delivery. If you need other design work please send a "Custom Order" request or email with details and we will set up a special listing for your order placement. **Please check your messages regularly until your order ships.
