Volt seems rather confused by how Mac worded it. He takes time to process it. He seems to realize something after awhile. "I suppose?... I never I guess thought about that?... I, you know, just kind of do that?" He to have a rather confused but maybe even pained look on his face by the realization. He hums in thought. "Do... Well do people not do that?" He ends up finally picking up one of the fidget toys. He stares at it for awhile before sighing and starting to mess around with it. He seems a tad calmer when he does.

"No, not usually, Volt. From what I know, it seems to be a common in those working hospitality, retail, basically any customer facing role, almost like there's a 'work you' and a 'home you,' but it sounds to me like you're saying that mask reaches further than just work… and that's less normal."

They offer him a reassuring smile, running a hand through their own hair to try and flatten it slightly, "You're not the only one who feels that way, though. A couple others have mentioned similar feelings - like they need to hide their true selves."

"Eddie!"

Mac rolls into the breaker box, visibly dishevelled but freakishly calm, "are you..here?"

We're just gonna pretend the stairs aren't an issue like the game does. Lol.

Eddie comes over with a concerned confused look on his face. "Yeah? Is something wrong?" Eddie seems to get a little nervous with the energy in the air.

Eddie admires the art, scanning over the details. "The posing and proportions are very good, and I love the outfits." He seems to be staring at Volt's chest in the drawing for long enough to be noted. "I can't wait to see more! Your art has been very nice to see, my sweet~"

Hey Volt? You...seem like you could use a hug and tbh I could use one too. You wanna just hug for a bit and not have to pretend to be ok?

Volt still looks a little disheveled, but gives you a hug still. He feels warm in a more static way than Eddie's heating pad way. "I... Thank you, spark." He stops himself from saying he's okay when he's not. Eddie lingers behind Volt. Eddie seems a bit tired too.

Here's like. 5 containers of soup!

Volt gladly takes containers of soup and puts them in the personal bar fridge for the time being. "Thank you, live wire. Too much pepper is all good, it's the making it that's the important part." He gives a soft smile.

You notice that the fridge is stuffed an ungodly amount of pineapple juice, and cherry juice. The bottles are separated by shelves, and the shelves are labeled 'Volt' and 'Eddie.' The shelf above it is where Volt puts the containers.

Volt and Eddie look closely at the bird images. Volt speaks first. "Oh! The one you picked for Eddie is a copper black wing archangel! Well, at least that's one name it has." He pauses to look at the one for himself. "Ooo~ It's a fantail pigeon. They can have different colored feathers too. If I remember correctly they don't have another name. Just fantail pigeons, but they are very pretty." He grins as he looks at the images. "I have no clue why I remember all that, but I'm happy to talk about them."

Volt's hair start flying and his face becomes more blue, but he's still trying to control it. "You. Need. To. Leave." He's trying desperately to get you out the door, but no matter how angry he is he just can't hurt anyone. "Please." Why is he begging?

I used to eat pen springs as a kid. I always liked taking things apart and putting em back together!! No wonder I’m a mechanic, huh?

Also, Eddie- I didn’t swallow the washer on purpose!! There was a wasp nest in a guys truck, I’m allergic, and it scared me!!

So, it fell in my mouth and I swallowed for some reason!!

You can’t tell me you haven’t held something in your mouth while both your hands are busy working on something …

Eddie snorts at the imagery at the situation. He catches himself. "Sorry, not that funny... I have held things in my mouth, yes, but I never swallowed them..." He pauses for a second. He mumbles out something that Jar isn't supposed to hear. "Though I still like to chew on things... Not eat them." He clears his throat. "Maybe you shouldn't hold things in your mouth if that is a reoccurring problem?"
