It doesn’t look like much from this pic, but it was so balmy in my bedroom that I came outside, beneath the Oleanders and beside the pool, to feel the night air, and practice a short Yoga sequence before calling it a night; before resting this joyful little head of mine. Good thinking happens outdoors ... and stars help to reconnect what the day tends to fragment or distort. And I like it just fine that I’m here alone because one day I see that changing, though not today, I do see that changing. For now ... I’ll savor this time to myself, enjoy my SELF. It’s true that I’ve never been one to shy away from being alone. I’ve been more afraid of connection and the vulnerability required of true connection, but that has all since changed. And, I’m continuing in that direction of change.
