Joel shrugged his jacket onto his shoulders, a deep frown settling in his forehead. He didn't really know what to expect when he came home- nor did he think it'd be so... well, like this. She was fucking pregnant! Was he the only one who saw that as a massive fucking thing?! But oh no. When she told him who the father was... he'd pay. With his fucking life, probably. The anger was already beginning to surge through his veins, and he had absolutely no doubt that he could kill whoever it was. Throttle them, at least. Then again, that would obviously spark another family argument. Would it be worth it? To wipe that smug look off of the bloke's cold, greying face, the light leaving his eyes as his heart finally beat its final beat... fuck yes. Trying to suppress the grin that was dying to spread across his face, he kept his scowl fixed intently on the floor. There was something else wrong though. Last time he talked to her- she was still pregnant- but she wasn't stuttering. And now she was.
Something must've happened. And, as her big brother, he was out to try and figure out what the fuck happened, and get revenge on the culprit. Should be fun.
By then, his feet had already automatically propelled him forward, walking down the barren street, his feet padding silently against the damp pavement. Why was she keeping this from him?! Her own fucking brother?! So what if he was going to be angry? He was always going to be angry! Didn't she see that much? Well, this was going to be perfect, wasn't it. Yeah, right. He rolled his eyes, willing himself to be calm. Now wasn't the time for angry Joel. It was time for "I-Can-See-My-Little-Sister-Needs-Me" Joel. Yeah, that seemed about right.
