Mack had been working tirelessly to help save whomever she could. Rarely taking a break and wanting to push through, making sure everyone was accounted for. On her last loop back inside, she was just about to leave, helping a woman with a gash on her head when the ceiling collapsed in front of them, blocking the entry way. She tried to radio, but all she got was static. The woman beside her started to sob, as Mack tried again, "may day, may day, this is Lieutenant Hoffmann, we can't exit."
