Another day, another early morning jog around his usual route before work. He sometimes thought about switching it up, but after jogging past the same cute girl the last couple of times, Connor decided to keep going that way in hopes of seeing her again. Maybe he’d even be brave enough to ask for her number this time around.
So with his earphones in, blasting some motivational running playlist he’d found, he set off, wearing his usual grey sweatpants and a loose, white tank top which he realised showed off his muscles just right. it seemed to get a few appreciative glances and whistles from a few people here and there anyway, which only fed Connor’s ego even more. A very dangerous thing. Connor’s ego did not need feeding any further.
One of his favourite parts of jogging so early was that it was a fun time to people watch; his curiosity got the best of him at times, and he occasionally caught glimpses of people in their houses either eating breakfast or getting ready. Some sights were definitely better than others. Maybe, if he was really lucky, he’d see the cute girl again.
