Learning from what this day did to me last year, I filled today with appointments, so we'd be forced to get up, and move, so that on we would go. On bad days I'm immobile staring blankly, watching the movie of our lives; on good days, we have a productive plan; on great days, we're conquering this sh*t. And then it repeats. Though I'm staring blankly less often now as I seem to overbook our schedules on a regular basis. This song is as much his song for me as it is mine for him. Broken, but being glued together. When this is all through, the cracks will only show how much we've endured. When this is all through, I just pray my human brain will comprehend the divine wisdom of God.
