An evolved human being is open to receive in the most authentic way. They know that they deserve nothing less.

Today and every day, no matter where I am going or what I am doing, my dominant intent is to see that which I am wanting to see. I know my attention matters, and thus, I give it to things that make my life better.

I never let a day pass without looking for the good, or feeling the good within me - by praising, appreciating or blessing. 

I’ve made it my life commitment to stand in utter awe of what continually unfolds. 

Inspired. Free. Abundant. Connected. Conscious. I continue to grow in strength and courage. I continue to learn, unlearn and release. No matter the experience, nor the challenge that aims to derail me, I forge ahead, I recreate myself ...

Spirituality to me is that connection which feeds, nourishes, guides, sustains, and fortifies the non-physical aspect of our being; resulting in a balanced life and mindset. For me, it’s maintaining my connection to The Divine that governs my life, and faith.
