I most definitely have an old soul and I know that sometimes I seem like a hermit but people just be too much for me at times. I like to spend time alone because I have time to relax and not worry about what everyone else has going on. One thing that I am learning and constantly learning is that I have to be responsible for my own well being and enery. And that can mean isolating myself. Even from friends and loved ones. But this is so helpful because it is literally me.
