Oxford, MS -- Justin Peter Kinkel-Schuster returns to this blog with his performance of “False Dawn” for OurVinyl. If you know anything about me, you should know that these kinds of videos are my absolute favorite and for the longest time, I was only subscribed to channels like this (Mahoghany, Secret Session, etc.) There is such a purity to this recording and it might be the water hitting the land but it adds such a peaceful element to the already beautifully simple track. Kinkel-Schuster’s vocals are pure, no obstacle are falsity.

Take a peek at the album with his new track “Headed South”, an earthy singer-songwriter track. I was immediately attracted to the earthy, mellow sound of the track. JPKS’ vocals has just a slight twang to his vocals that is perfect for the folky vibe of the track.
