Im a civilization player and i am in a game as the American based civ. two other civs land next to me and around 10 turns after their planetfall they declare war on me for no reason. (would go on my expansion to their lands but i was around 5 tiles away from their homes.) then 3 more civs joined in. they i could make peace with but the first two to this day refuse to end hostilities. worse part is they have made no attack.
