I need to fucking meditate or something, I was at the doctor and my blood pressure was 140/90 yesterday - for my whole life it’s always been low, like 110/60 levels, so this is ridiculous. And I’ve apparently lost almost 10 pounds in the last week on top of everything else. I thought I was really trying to keep eating but I guess not. I seriously cannot wait till this is all over and i can just calm the fuck down. This much stress and me do not go well together.
