I do not support the nomination of Mr Kavanaugh for Supreme Court. Reason: his rants again Democrats lack the amount of neutral, thought-through, non-party statements which I expect from a judge on the highest level of the country. At the moment he is accused of severe crimes. No direct evidence for or against him was presented. With word against word the principle of 'in dubio pro reo' and the presumption of innocence applies. Any sentence against him must be based on unambiguous direct evidence as otherwise we act beyond the democratic spectrum. When he is innocent (which he is against proven otherwise) I can fully understand his anger.
