our diaper genie...
..had gotten a new refill put in, and after a couple days it was time to pull the refill, and when i opened it to throw out the diapers, there was a long slit down the side of the bag, causing the diapers to fall out.
i got pissed off so i emailed them a complaint, and when they responded they apologized and said they will be sending me a "replacement coupon"...whatever that means.
sooooooooooo i'm kind of happy with the diaper genie company, since they answer consumer questions and fix their mistakes. nothing is perfect.
