Love Tuscan Summers. One of my favorite flavor combinations are Burata and Smoked Salmon. From my Tuscan kitchen, I prepared a platter to build your own crostini. Quick, simple and you are using the Artisan (or not) bread that you do not want to waste. Add a drizzle of Conti Olive Oil to your (stale) slice bread, toast until brown and crispy. Finish with Sale per Grigliate. Arrange pre-sliced datterini (or cherry tomatoes), burata and crostini on a bed of rucola or songino. Finish burata with a drizzle of Conti Olive Oil and Sale per Grigliate.
