This link will take you to the PCAOB website, it has the rules and interim standards.  At the bottom there are links for independence and integrity and objectivity which we have been discussing in class.  If you click on them it will take you to the interpretations.  Also, at the top there are links to rules 3520 and 3521.  These are auditor independence and contingent fees which we have also been discussing in class.  The links will give you a more detailed description.
