Sleep earlier and wake up before the sun rises
Read for pleasure for a minimum of 30 minutes everyday
Stop drinking coffee
Drink more water throughout the day
Take more walks
Wake up at the same time each morning regardless if you get 10 hours of sleep or four
A cup of tea every morning, and one each day after school
Track your intake and cut out unnecessary things from your diet
Be observant
Be present
Be conscientious
Be deliberate and economical with your words; speak only when needed
Write down more things about your day
Journal more consistently
Try a new recipe at least once a week
Detox!!
Be genuine
Be frugal with your money but be generous with your time and abilities
Find time each day to work on writing (Lá thư cho mẹ project, essays) and be more ambitious with your work.
Send more things to more literary journals
Learn how to appreciate and enjoy poetry again
Social media and technological minimalism is key
Sit less
Punctuate existence with the unforeseen and destroy idleness -- disturb habitual stagnation with stochastic chaos
But also teach yourself to love new things by creating new habits

Study your languages more consistently and frequently (French, Vietnamese, German)
