Little rant:
As someone who uses multiple pronouns, I find it odd and faintly disturbing the people use she/her pronouns for Eret the majority of the time.
Is it because they’re traditionally masculine? So people use the other binary pronoun? A knee jerk reaction to not using he/him?
Eret uses all pronouns, you can refer to him with he/him pronouns.
All pronouns =/= pronouns “opposite” the person’s gender expression
All pronouns =/= pronouns “in line” with the person’s gender expression
All pronouns =/= only they/them
It honestly wouldn’t annoy me so much if I didn’t see so many posts/people referring to Eret with only she/her pronouns. I understand not switching pronouns in a post but why do people like using only she/her pronouns for him?
#continuing my rant#even slightly balanced pronouns might be expecting too much from a fandom#ponk is a similar case but with he/him but it hasn’t been long enough for me to tell if that’s just what I’ve seen#or if people don’t know he uses all pronouns yet#like people have knoe about Eret for as long as I can remember so it might just take a while for pronouns to even out for ponk#but it’s been about a year since I joined the dsmp fandom#and people still use majority she/her#for Eret and c!Eret#it just feels odd to me#not even getting into that weird point when people called them king when they were in a suit and queen in the strawberry dress#I didn’t use she/her on purpose#for this post
