Mail suggest to go somewhere else to set it up
I spent some very disoriented moments trying to find how to mail a picture from an Photos album. Then I remembered - they have universal Share function in right "Charms" bar now.
I opened it and selected Mail.
It suggested to set up Mail first by going to Start screen and starting the Mail app.
Come on, Microsoft, why don't allow me to set it up right from there. It's a scenario a lot of users will go through. Shouldn't the experience be continuous?
