Contrazoom
Contrazoom is an in-camera effect, commonly used in TV & Film. The technique gives an unsettling feeling and is typically used for scary scenes, the technique was first developed by Irmin Roberts, and famously used by Alfred Hitchcock in his movie 'Vertigo'. The effect is made by using a dolly, you either Zoom in at the same speed as you are bringing the dolly back, away from the subject or person, or zoom out the same speed as you're moving in towards the subject.
I can relate to this feeling. So High.
