This new passion very quickly turned into an obsession 🙃😅🙃 After 1 and 1/2 years into the journey of balancing on my hands, I can kick up into a 1 or 2 second freestanding handstand, if I’m lucky 😅 And then, @adetlg told me about @powerandposture and I joined their first Level 2 program.
