Korae is in the middle of pressing a heart shaped garland to the wall behind the cash counter when she feels a strong arm being wrapped around her waist and pulling her away from the ladder she has been standing on. She isn't scared because she has grown quite familiar with this exact hold and, instead, laughter bubbles up from her mouth even as she turns around to face Dongha. "Why hello there handsome," she greets him with a wide smile on her face, her hands coming up to rest against his chestㅡ they've been dating without pressure, going out whenever they have time but Korae is all too aware that she's already deeply attached to this man, "are you here to play Cupid for our Valentine's Day event? You'd look pretty cute with a bow and arrow, you know."

Before Dongha went over and grabbed Korae off of the ladder, he stood there for a moment and watched her with a soft smile. He was happy that she came into his life and that it wasn't just for the brief sexual encounter they had initially planned but that she decided to stay in his life. Once she had turned around, Dongha loosely locked his fingers behind her back and gently pulled her against his body. Pursing his lips and looking off to the side in response to her question, he let out a hum as if he was thinking about it then looked back at her and chuckled. "You would like that, wouldn't you?", he asked, another chuckle rumbling through his chest. "Since I'm off today I figured I might as well stop by for a surprise visit and maybe to see if you need any help. And I also came by to ask what we're going to do for Valentine's Day? Instead of inviting you to a surprise dinner, I thought we could do something a little different and plan our Valentine's Day together. What do you think?"

★ — Open Starter ▶ open to: f/m/nb (32+) ▶ muse: Dongha (40), Grocery Store Manager ▶ plot: They met as a blind date and ended up going to Dongha's place to hook up. Your muse said that they would leave as soon as they wake up but, for some reason, they had a change of heart and decided to stay, making breakfast instead.

Having spent the night together after what turned into a hookup, Dongha was surprised to hear noise coming from the kitchen when he woke up. Sitting up and moving to the edge of the bed, he rubbed his eyes before he looked over at the clock on his nightstand, the numbers reading 10:14 AM. Stretching his arms and back with a groan, he pushes himself off of the bed and grabbed his boxer briefs from the floor, putting them on before making his way to the bedroom door. As soon as he opened the door, the scent of coffee and scrambled eggs filled his nostrils and once he reached the kitchen, he saw the person he had a fun night with, in just their underwear and the button-down shirt he was wearing the night before. Walking up behind them, he wrapped his arms around them and pulled them back against his body. "And here I thought you'd be gone when I wake up.", he said in a sleepy tone while placing a kiss on the skin between their neck and shoulder which was exposed due to his shirt being too big and loosely fitting on them.

Dongha & Uta ( @temporalobjects​ )

As it was almost opening time, Dongha was on his way through the store one last time to make sure that everything was in order. All the items were neatly placed on the shelves, the things that were on sale had big colorful sale signs near them so people wouldn't miss them, the floors still looked shiny, and everything else seemed fine too, well, except for one thing, Uta seemed to be running late... again. Letting out a sigh, Dongha walked to the sliding doors in the front of the store and unlocked them before he turned on the LED sign that read OPEN in big glowing red letters.

About half an hour later, Uta finally showed up and Dongha immediately approached him, tapping the glass of his watch a couple of times with his index finger. "You're late, again. What's your excuse this time?"
