Q/row eventually picking up that Belle is okay with physical affection in private so after all the kids are finally in bed and they can relax he watches them fidget, laughs, and opens his arms so they can crawl right into them and lay against his chest (bonus points: the kids aren't all asleep and catch this in action while sneaking around and keep the fact to themselves to use as teasing fodder later)

Thinking about how any time Qrow gets a hug he never gives like, a full hug? It's always a pat on the back or a side hug, at least as far as I've ever seen or remember. And it goes in line with him keeping a distance from people since he fears hurting his loved ones with his misfortune.

Anyway, Belle is a big hugger and I'm melting at the thought of Qrow giving a warm full hug in return, his nose tucked into their shoulder as he lets himself enjoy feeling loved and learns to let people close again.
