Honestly even though the trends a bit dead if I was to do a mlp infection au id combine it with the conversion universe, I feel like there’s a lot of untapped potential in merging the two
Like option 1 is the conversion process goes horribly wrong starting the infection resulting in humans and ponies having to band together while hating each other and figure out how to fix this
Or option 2 I would have the conversion not be a purposeful act, but the horrifying response to humans exposed to magic, humans who have magic used on them or eat anything with magic grow slowly sick, before their body starts morphing and turning into something more pony like, like someone took the data of a pony and then in the attempts to make it fit a human body corrupted it, then have this corrupted magical body reforming be capable of corrupting other magic and turn ponies and other magical creatures into them and have everyone freak the fuck out as the ponies try to clear their names and prove that they had no idea this would happen while also trying to cure it
between finding out about Freedom of Form Foundation and Elon Musk’s company’s experiments on apes to install chips in their brains within the same day, I have decided that our opinions on The Conversion Bureau and Friendship is Optimal have now become wildly important to the future of humanity. Might still have that conversion bureau crossed over with infection au stuck in my head, might have made rough doodles for how the transformation happens, shame i cannot actually draw well enough to give it the kind of fucked up body horror this deserves because with just my basic draft i could see this looking absolutely horrific if done with the right style

Dearest Diary,
I’m writing a bit late at night and I’m feeling a bit exhausted. Just a bit.
Still feeling a bit blah regarding my previous entry hence my overall silence. However, I am still working on the project. I picked up the code and starting going through my old notes. As it turns out I really spaced my notes out among quite a few files so getting a good picture of it all was a little trying. But I am back at it now and I have made some excellent progress.
The difficulty with Twine games is that there really isn’t anything to show of in-progress work... The best I can do is make updates here and intimate the amount of progress I have made so far.
As it is, the game is playable now. It is lose-able and win-able as well. But there is a far amount of content still to be built. I wonder why I’m doing this at all other than the satisfaction when things work well. I want to tell stories but I wonder if this is the sort of story anyone wants to hear? The high water mark for the Conversion Bureau as a genre in the MLP fandom seems to have passed in a fairly significant way, a long form narrative game like this seems unnecessary now. But I want to tell the story and I hate to leave something undone.
I could also endeavor to put content of other sorts on here as well, but I’m not sure what would be appropriate.
Overall I feel about as float-y as I look these days.
