“I rarely say this to people who aren’t me but holy fuck you have a lot of shit. Where did this all come from? Are you sure this apartment is going to be big enough for all your crap?” Rylan teased as she unceremoniously dumped the last box onto the floor next to the sofa in what was now Lily’s new apartment. It had exactly the same layout as hers except the whole thing was entirely flipped which was kind of trippy but it would have been worse if they had done what she’d suggested which was to start drinking before they’d even brought any of the redhead’s belongings upstairs. “Right, before I do anything else I’m pouring myself a huge drink because I think we can all agree I deserve it. Are you going to join in?” Wasting no time in rifling through one of the boxes she grabbed the first bottle she came across which was a half empty bottle of tequila. Sure, that would do. Honestly Rylan had been so excited at the prospect of her best friend moving into the same building as her she had thought about almost nothing else since she’d been told, with the exception of the mess of her love life, obviously. Now the two were living only one flight of stairs apart who knows what kind of raucous activities they would get up to and Rylan planned on that starting from eight now moment. Throwing the bottle cap behind her left shoulder as soon as she’d screwed it off the brunette took a long swig with a loud hissing noise from her teeth as the biting liquid ran down her throat in a pleasingly painful way. For a girl of tiny stature she sure could pack away the alcohol. “Did you wanna do your bedroom or the living room first? I’m staying here tonight by the way so deal with it. Honestly the idea of walking downstairs again is too hard and I don’t deserve to be put through that kind of living hell.” Dramatic, maybe. @lilianataylcr
