kai had to talk to mino. of course, he knew his brother would give him a hard time about it since he missed out on his birthday. but kai had been done with keeping grudges-- and quite frankly, he missed the close bond he had with mino. he still hadn’t told him about his marriage to mini-- which he still had no clue what to do about, but he really needed his advice from mino about it. when did i become so selfish? he really should ask mino how his life has been lately too, ah. the guilt was building up inside him and he was nervous when he knocked on the door to his twin’s apartment that day.
right as soon as the door opened, the blonde had started his rambles: “minopleaseforgivemefor-- oh!” it was a girl! wait, kai, think back...mino said he had a roommate too in their texts, didn’t he? new people always made him anxious. he quickly bowed his head and felt his cheeks flush. “i-i’m sorry! i..i didn’t get the wrong apartment, did i? is this where mino lives?”
