hey there! i hope you will feel less anxious as the day goes on 💛 personally i really enjoy listening to classical music or film scores when i’m feeling off/ anxious. i am really enjoying Italian instrumental music at the moment but i really love instrumental music from ludwig minkus and antonio vivaldi :)
