We’ve a busy couple of days lined up this midweek with Chef Frank Moynihan and Head Chef, Author & Eurotoques Commissioner demonstrating delicious recipes for you to recreate at home this winter and for Christmas season ahead. Using locally sourced and produced foods including delicious Connemara Hill Lamb and fresh Mussels and Crabmeat from Killary Fjord.
The second of these will run from Sunday 19th November and we will also run another Season’s Eatings in Spring 2018 when there is a different range of food, locally sourced, available to us.
